Meditation Groups

Our meditation groups form a unique entity: an eclectic collaboration of members from several different traditions that come together to practice in different but similar ways. Each group's focus is on meditation and the healing and personal transformation that a meditation practice can foster. From the Zen traditions of the Slowly Ripening Sangha to the weekly rotating traditions of the Dharma Buffet Sangha, we come together with seeking, earnest minds to foster a peaceful and loving environment.
